Frequently Asked Questions


When will my order arrive?
We do our best to pack your orders as quickly as possible. Orders are packed within 48 hours of purchase and shipped via USPS priority mail. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. We also offer shipping to Canada via USPS flat rate boxes. Shipping prices are estimates, if shipping ends up being less we’ll refund the difference.

Can I add something to my order before it ships?
Maybe! We process orders as quickly as we can. If you would like to add something to your order please email hello@wyldwoodcreative.com and we’ll let you know if your order has been packed yet.

What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your purchase or change your mind, we accept merchandise returns within 2 weeks of the purchase date. Fabric must be returned in the state it was received in. We do not accept washed or cut fabric for return. Packaged items must be in their original packaging. Class material kits are non refundable. Shipping cost for returned items will be the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions please contact us at hello@wyldwoodcreative.com

Do you hold items?
Unfortunately no. Because we sell both online and in our brick-and-mortar store we are unable to hold items. If you would like to secure an item you can purchase it online and select “curbside pick up” at check out, we will hold the item until you are able to come pick it up.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We would love to wrap your purchase for you. To continue our sustainability efforts we reuse our packing material and fabric scraps for gift wrapping. We will also include a recycled craft paper card. Just select the “gift” option at check out and let us know what to write in the card in the notes section at checkout.


I need more of something. Will you be getting more in?
It depends! Many of our designer collections are printed one time only meaning when it’s gone it’s gone! This is the case for the majority of our printed quilting cottons. If you have questions about a specific product please email hello@wyldwoodcreative.com

What is your minimum fabric cut?
Our minimum cut is ¼ yd. Fabric can be purchased in ¼ yd increments. To order less than a yard make sure the first drop down box is set  to “0” then select yardage in the second drop down.


Do you offer private classes?

Yes! We offer private one-on-one lessons as well as group lessons. Our one-on-one lessons are offered on a sliding scale basis. You can find more information here.

We would love to host your group! Most of our classes are available for private groups. Pricing is the same per person as the regular class. Email hello@wyldwoodcreative.com to request a private group lesson.

Do you offer scholarships?
Yes! We want to make sewing accessible to everyone. We hold 1 seat in most of our classes for a scholarship recipient. Scholarships are for individuals who would not otherwise be able to afford a class. More info about our scholarships and how you can donate to our scholarship fund can be found here.

The class I wanted to take is full. Will you be offering it again?
Maybe! Many of our classes are taught by local artists. Repeat sessions are based on the artist’s availability and the popularity of the class. If there is a class you would like to take please let us know at hello@wyldwoodcreative.com. Our sewing classes like Sewing 101 and My First Quilt will be continually repeated.


How do I earn rewards?
We offer a rewards program to all of our customers. You will earn 1 point for every dollar spent on products. Once you’ve earned 150 points you will receive a $10 reward coupon that is valid for 90 days. To access your reward first log in to the website, then navigate to “account” then “rewards” any rewards you have earned will show up there. You can only apply one reward per purchase.
