Ruby Star Society's Sugar Maple Inspiration

Introducing Sugar Maple by Alexia Marcelle Abegg!

I love this bright, bold collection, with colors that could make a cozy fall quilt, or something colorful for summer. This collection is fun because in addition to Alexia's signature tiny-scale prints, we get some cool panels and large-scale prints. The faux patchwork print (Songbird Patchwork) would be an amazing choice for making a quilted tote or pouch. I also liked using the larger Tablecloth print as a background fabric in some of these mockups because it added an extra layer of texture, and the Birdseed Panel was fun to use in some places because it gave the impression of more than one color fabric for a scrappy look.
