The Summer Solstice pattern uses log cabin blocks and curves to create an overlapping mountain range rising above a set of curves that evoke either the sun or phases of the moon - you decide! This intermediate or advanced beginner pattern comes together faster than you'd expect, and isn't too challenging as long as you handle the bias edges carefully. If you consider yourself an advanced or confident beginner and are ready to handle curves, this pattern is a great choice!
