Positive Plants Embroidery

Let’s stitch a little positivity into our everyday lives. Join Melissa Galbraith of MCreativeJ for Positive Plants embroidery, a hands-on beginner-friendly workshop. In this two-hour class we’ll use hand dyed indigo fabric and choose from four phrases ("You are loved", "You are magic", "You are enough", or "You belong here") or create your own to stitch among leaves.

Melissa will share how to prep your hoop, transfer your pattern, and use the back stitch, stem stitch, and lazy daisy stitch to create your own positive plant design.

All materials for class are included:

  • A wooden embroidery hoop
  • Indigo dyed cotton fabric
  • Full skeins of DMC embroidery thread
  • Embroidery needle
  • 4 pattern options
  • Transfer paper
  • Felt
  • Sawtooth hook
  • Printed instructions.
