In this hands-on 2 hour class students will gain an understanding of working with UV resin. They will explore color and texture by creating their very own seascape in a 6" shadowbox. Combining their own unique blend of sands, shells and stones, students will learn how to bring their ocean waves to life with the use of layering and texturing techniques. By the end of the class, students will have developed the skills to create their own stunning, ocean-inspired artwork.
Resin is very sticky and messy so please wear clothes you don't care about and have your hair pulled back. We recommend bringing an oversized "paint" shirt to work in and a bag to transport said shirt home in.This class is designed for teens/adults. Students 10-12 are welcome to register along with a paid adult.
