Stunning Summer Fruit Tarts
Join Lauren Ko of @lokokitchen for an intimate design-focused tart class that provides insight into her creative process and equips you with the techniques to create your own stunning tart art.
Every student will be provided with a delicious shortbread tart shell, a whipped cinnamon cloud filling, and the tools to assemble and decorate their own fruit tart top. Students will have a hands-on opportunity to make their own Instagrammable Lokokitchen-inspired creation featuring beautiful summer fruit from local farm, Collins Family Orchards, and will take home a ready-to-serve edible masterpiece.
Refreshments will also be provided.
At this time we are asking that all students wear a mask for the duration of class.

Cancellation Notice: Makers are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice in the event of needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other makers and make any necessary adjustments to our schedule.
Refunds: Any class cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive either a full refund on a gift card, or a full refund minus a $5 card processing fee to the card used for registration. This fee accounts for the costs associated with the transaction and ensures a smooth and secure refund process.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before and no shows will forfeit the registration fee.

Her colorful geometric style made all hell bake loose on the frontier of contemporary pie art, and her iconic signature spoke design has been dubbed the ?modern lattice.? Her work has been widely featured in publications such as Vogue, O Magazine, Buzzfeed's Tasty, and on-screen in Martha Bakes, CBS? Sunday Morning, and HULU?s Baker?s Dozen. Lauren has roots in sunny San Diego, but is currently based in Seattle, WA with her partner, Ben, and their bear dog, Santi. |
