Charcuterie Boards w/ Chef Taylor
Mr. Wyldwood himself, Taylor Kinnebrew, will be teaching us how to make beautiful charcuterie boards! Perfect for a holiday party or cozy evening at home.
In this 1.5 hour class you will learn how to artfully arrange your charcuterie elements, cheese pairings, and how to build a beautifully balanced board.
Each student will build a 2 person sized board on a wood cutting board. We will provide cheeses, meats, fruit, veg, and local preserves for you to choose from. At the end of class we'll wrap up your board so it is ready to take home or to a party!
*Students are welcome to bring their own cutting board to make their arrangement on. If you plan to use your own board please use code "CUTTINGBOARD" at check out to receive a $20 discount.
This will be a fun afternoon of snacking and creating. If you have any food allergies or restrictions please let us know ahead of time. Unfortunately we are not able to provide vegetarian or vegan options.
Chef Taylor is the Chef de Cuisine at the Restaurant at Delille Cellars. He has over 14 years of experience and has made many a charcuterie board. Come join us for a fun afternoon with a local expert!
Cancellation Notice: Makers are kindly requested to provide a minimum of 72 hours' notice in the event of needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This advance notice allows us to accommodate other makers and make any necessary adjustments to our schedule.
Refunds: Any class cancellations made more than 72 hours in advance will receive either a full refund on a gift card, or a full refund minus a $5 card processing fee to the card used for registration. This fee accounts for the costs associated with the transaction and ensures a smooth and secure refund process.
Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before and no shows will forfeit the registration fee.
