Self-Care for Makers

Find more balance and calm in your creative life with the right tools!

Naturopathic doctor and acupuncturist Liz Carter will share her knowledge and expertise around creating sustainable, meaningful practices that feed your creativity and your life. Self-care goes much deeper than spa days and manicures and Dr. Liz will guide you toward healthy routines and attitudes to take care of yourself in a whole new way.

We'll also be sewing a simple rice-filled heater pack in class. All tools and materials for that will be provided in addition to a printed workbook for you to do exercises in class and then take home with you! Feel free to bring pencil and a notebook of your own if you want to take notes.

All attendees will be required to wear a mask for the duration of class. Per King County Health Guidelines.

If our classes are not financially affordable for you we invite you to apply for our scholarship program! Details can be found here.

*Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance. Late cancellations and no shows will forfeit the class fee.
